I will guide you to a better place.
Talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy with science-backed evidence.
You want to solve your problems, not just analyze them. You need advice and solutions. We work together until you are fully satisfied that you’ve achieved the results you wanted. That means you may follow a standard 3-month course of therapy, get what you need after one or two sessions, or stay with me to achieve new goals.
Whatever the nature of your issues, you’ll receive respectful, nonjudgmental support. I provide evidence-based analyses — along with straightforward advice and new ways of looking at life. To help you get the most out of our sessions, I often assign exercises and homework to manage stress, improve your sex life, and keep you focused on your therapy goals.
Check out some of my client testimonials near the bottom of the page. My clients succeed — often beyond their expectations.

You can book appointments right away, and start working with me within 1-2 weeks after first contact.
Most clients opt for a standard 3-month treatment plan. Some find solutions much quicker or only have small problems and are on their way after a few sessions. And some people choose to keep working with me until they achieve all their life goals, even if it takes years.
Use the contact form here to query about a session, and I’ll answer you within 1-3 days.
New clients must pre-pay for their first session to confirm the date. If you choose to use PayPal, pre-pay at least 24 hours in advance. If you pay directly with a credit card, I’ll take the info and bill you at the beginning of your first session.
Ask for a pre-therapy consultation to see if you feel comfortable speaking with me before booking an appointment.
No. The Discovery Call is a free virtual consultation to ensure we click and that you feel comfortable enough to book an appointment. I may tell you what kind of work we’ll do once you’re in therapy, but it is not a free advice service.
My standard rate is $250 for a 60+ minute session. Ask for sliding scale rates if you’re on a tight budget.
I do not accept insurance or Medicare. However, if your insurance company accepts outside providers, I will provide you with the code and invoices required to apply to them for compensation.
I accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through my bank. You may also pay with PayPal or Venmo.
