Almost exactly one year to the day since breast cancer surgery, I am doing something that always seemed impossible: I am going on a two-week tour of 3 Asian countries.
The Itinerary
My brilliant partner, Jen, is presenting a paper on AI for Math Education in Seoul, Korea. We’ll be staying in the legendary Gangnam district
In case you need a reminder…
Sadly, my dogs can only travel with us in my dreams. But they are GREAT dreams.

After Seoul, we are giddily awaiting my version of the ultimate R&R in Da Nang, Vietnam. We’re staying at a beachside spa hotel. I hunger for the pleasures of yoga, tai chi, and massage. After the last few years of loss, medical emergencies, censorship all over, writing books, and managing a busy practice, I have a lot of decompressing to do. My goal: come back as relaxed as noodles. Pho real!
Our last and most momentous stop will be Kuala Lumpur, where we finally meet one of our nearest and dearest friends in person. His love, kindness, and sense of humor have glued us together over the years.
And to deepen this entire rollercoaster of happiness, we invited Jen’s dad and his best friend to join us for this 3-city adventure. They will bring even more fun, charm, and positive energy to our adventures. Once in a lifetime does not begin to cover this vacation.
I seldom open up about my private life here, but this seemed worth sharing, especially since the blog will be dead for a few weeks. Still, I won’t abandon you completely!
Play in the PLE
Fans, friends, followers, you’ll all be on my mind while traveling. Think of me too, and please use this time to dig into my work, whether it’s the books on Amazon or the PDFs in the Pleasure Literacy Emporium (PLE), which stays open 24/7.
I recommend starting with my last book, Become a Sex Genius. Download it for $10 in my shop or get the Kindle edition for $12.99 on Amazon.
Stay curious, darlings!
